Abbraccio Lounge Chair

This is the chair that started it all. Sketched on a terrace in Portofino by Luca Ferrara, the Abbraccio Lounge Chair was the first piece in what would become Verdano's defining collection.

The frame is carved from a single design language: solid Grade-A teak, shaped into sweeping curves that arc from the backrest down to the armrests and into the legs — one continuous, organic gesture.

Sit in it once, and you understand the name. The arms reach around you. The seat draws you in. This is not a chair you sit on — it is a chair that holds you.
